Challenge friends or take on random opponents in battle, using local wireless or, for the first time in the series, over an internet connection. Earn points to redeem for in-game items.
Did you know that the points you earn in multiplayer will be tracked in an online fight between Bony Spirits or Fleshy Souls teams? Who will win this epic battle?!
Using local wireless, friends can team up and play an all-new action-based multiplayer mode called Yo-kai Watch Blasters. Play as one of Yo-kai you’ve befriended in-game and work with your friends to create the ultimate team. Remember, the better the team performs, the better the rewards earned.
There are four classes to choose from in Yo-kai Watch Blasters mode – Fighter, Tank, Healer, and Ranger.
Healers like Tattletell can restore health to injured teammates.
Fighters like Jibanyan go all-out on the enemy!
Rangers like Blazion are versatile attackers with diverse techniques.
Tanks like Robonyan are tough and can take a ton of hits for the team.
Up to four players work as a team and face off against other Yo-kai and Boss Yo-kai to complete a challenge.
Each player will take control of a single Yo-kai in battle, romping around town in overhead beat 'em up, action style.
Pick up as many scattered Oni Orbs as you can before reaching the exit to get different rewards.
Every day, players can pull a misfortune ticket, allowing for better prizes.
There’s a special camera that lets you take pictures of Yo-kai—it’s called a Yo-kai Cam! Just select it from the menu and use the Nintendo 3DS Camera to snap pictures of Yo-kai who are Inspiriting your friends—you might even earn a reward!
Trade Yo-kai Medals with nearby friends or over the internet. Trading is a great way for players to get Yo-kai that are exclusive to each version of the game!
