Participation in the Monster Hunter 3 Show Us How To Hunt Competition ("Competition") indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions of entry set out below. Entries which do not comply with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid.
The Competition is conducted by Nintendo Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 43 060 566 083) 804 Stud Road, Scoresby, Victoria, 3179, ("Promoter").
Entry to the Competition is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand. It is not open to employees of the Promoter and/or members of their immediate families. By entering the competition you represent that you are eligible to enter. To be eligible to claim the grand prize the entrant must be available to travel to Melbourne on 17 March 2013 until 18 March 2013 accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if under the age of 18.
The Competition will commence on Friday February 15 2013 at 4:00 PM AEDT and will close on Wednesday March 13 2013 at 11:59 PM AEDT. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
To enter the Competition, entrants must record a video less than five minutes in duration showing their television screen while they play Monster Hunter Tri on their Wii or Wii U console ("Material"), then upload the video to YouTube and submit the link to Nintendo as per the instructions on the Competition website.
The entrant's name, state, suburb and video may be published on the Competition website for the duration of the Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to select which Material to publish on the Competition website. Material may be edited by the Promoter.
The winners of the Competition will be the persons who submit the entries which the judges deem to be the best and most entertaining display of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. The declaration of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding their decision. The winners will be announced at the Promoter's address at 804 Stud Road, Scoresby, Victoria on Thursday March 14 2013 at 12:00 PM AEDT. The winner will be notified by phone and email or mail, and announced on the Competition website.
The grand prize winner will be invited to play Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate at the offices of Nintendo in Melbourne on Monday March 18 and have their gameplay recorded and used in a launch trailer to promote Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate. If the winner is not a resident of Victoria the winner will also receive one return economy flight from the capital city in their State of residence and one night's hotel accommodation in Melbourne, plus a return economy flight for one parent or legal guardian if the winner is below the age of 18. If the winner resides outside of metropolitan Victoria the winner will receive one night's hotel accommodation in Melbourne. If the winner is below the age of 18 they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Flights and accommodation have an approximate value of $1,000 depending on the specifics outlined above.
In addition, the grand prize winner will receive Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate for Wii U and Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate for Nintendo 3DS within one week of March 23 2013, with a combined value of $140 SRP.
The grand prize has a total value of $1,200.
Four runners up will each receive their choice of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate for Wii U or Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate for Nintendo 3DS within one week of March 23 2013, to the value of $79 SRP.
Values of prizes are suggested retail prices and are stated in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST. All prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. The value of the prizes may be subject to variation and the winner will not be entitled to receive from the Promoter compensation for any variation in prize value. If a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may provide to the winner another item of equal or greater value.
Videos submitted to the Competition are hosted by YouTube. YouTube is not a sponsor of this Competition and by entering into this Competition participants accept that YouTube has no liability in regards to this Competition.

Entries to the competition which don't comply with these Terms of Service and Community Guidelines will be disqualified.
By uploading Material the participant represents and warrants to Nintendo that:
(a) the participant is the creator of the Material; and
(b) the participant is the original uploader of the Material; and
(c) the Material does not contain intellectual property of any third party with the exception of the Monster Hunter Tri game images on the television screen; and
(d) uploading the Material does not breach any contractual obligation of the participant;
(e) verification of the above may be required in order for a winner to claim their prize.
Neither the Promoter nor its officers, agents, employees or associated companies will be liable for any loss (including any indirect or consequential loss) or damage unless such liability may not be lawfully excluded in which case their liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
The Promoter is collecting Participants' information for the purposes of conducting the Promotion. The Promoter may disclose this information to organisations engaged by the Promoter to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide this information, the Promoter may not be able to enter you in the Promotion. Nintendo is bound by the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988.
